Our virtual telephone receptionist takes messages for the publisher. It does not transfer calls or access your order account. Please leave your name, preferred callback number or email, and the reason for your call.
For an order enquiry, include your order number and the website where you purchased the book, if available. Please do not include payment-card details or passwords.
Call messages are transcribed and summarized so the publisher can review and respond. Calling us does not subscribe you to text messages.
