Privacy Policy
Updated September 23, 2026
This notice covers the FireQuest Press coming-soon website at firequestpress.com and its launch-news signup.
Information you give us
If you join our readers’ circle, we collect your email address and your permission to receive FireQuest Press launch news and book updates. Our website stores your submission, submission time, source page, and browser and operating-system information. The signup form is configured not to save your IP address with the submission.
If you contact us, we use your contact details and message to respond. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in a message.
How we use and store information
We use signup information to maintain our launch list and send the updates you requested. Signups are stored in our WordPress website and can be accessed by authorized website administrators. Our hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver correspondence.
We keep signup records while you remain subscribed. You may ask us to remove your signup or stop updates at any time. We may retain limited information needed to honor an opt-out, resolve a request, or meet a legal obligation. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle replaces them.
Cookies and website operation
Google Analytics and marketing attribution are currently disabled on this coming-soon site. We do not use advertising pixels or session-replay tools on the homepage. Necessary website functions may use cookies for security, sessions, and remembering privacy choices. Hosting systems may process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Newsletter permission is separate from cookie preferences. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from choosing to join the launch list.
Your choices
To unsubscribe, request a copy or correction of your signup information, or request deletion, email [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request concerns your email address.
We do not sell the coming-soon signup list or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Privacy rights depend on your location; you can contact us to exercise applicable rights or raise a concern.
Calls and other websites
For our call-alert service, see Call Alert Privacy and Call Alert SMS Terms. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy notices.
