Call Alert Privacy Notice

FireQuest Press uses a virtual telephone receptionist to take messages for the publisher. Our internal SMS alert program is intended to notify the business owner when a call message is available by email. The SMS program is pending activation. Calling FireQuest Press does not subscribe a caller to text messages.
Information used for call alerts
For this program, we process the recipient’s mobile number, consent and opt-out records, and message delivery information. We use these details to deliver and manage call alerts. Telnyx processes SMS messages and delivery information as our messaging service provider.
How information is shared
We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process the information needed to operate the program.
Call messages
SMS alerts contain a call reference and a notice to check email, rather than the caller’s full message. Call messages, transcripts, and summaries are handled separately by the publisher’s answering service so the publisher can review and respond to enquiries.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop SMS alerts. For assistance or a privacy request, email [email protected]. Opting out of SMS does not stop separate email notifications unless you also request that change.
